In this retreat, weβll dive into a daily Yoga practice of 3β4 hours, designed to awaken and nourish the vital energy in every cell of your body.
Each morning begins with a dynamic practice inspired by the five elements.
Vinyasa will guide us through a flow that grounds, expands, ignites, purifies, and reconnects.
In the afternoon, weβll soften into the space of release with slow, deep practices of Restorative Yoga and Yin Meridian.
Weβll work on the energetic meridians, dissolving blockages and creating space to welcome in Prana.
The combination of these two practices creates a powerful balance: movement and stillness, strength and softness, activation and deep listening.
